Linear guide rails

Together with our production partner VELTORK, VOL-Stahl offers a complete programme of high-precision linear guide systems — profiled rails and matching runner blocks whose mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the mainstream European brands.

Linear guide rails

Highlights of the VELTORK linear guide programme

  • Equally high load rating in all four main load directions, with extremely low noise and smooth running
  • Unlimited interchangeability: carriages and rails within the same accuracy class can be freely combined
  • Five accuracy classes (N, H, P, SP, UP) and four preload grades (C0–C3) to match every application
  • Ball and roller versions in the V-structure (O-/DB-type) plus a compact T-structure (X-/DF-type) range
  • V-series mounting dimensions fully interchangeable with mainstream European guides for drop-in replacement

Engineered by VELTORK, produced at the Jiangmen base

VELTORK is an international brand specialised in high-precision linear guide systems. Product development, branding and unified quality standards are directed from the group's German headquarters, while series production runs at VELTORK's manufacturing base in Jiangmen, China, which works to the same group technical standards, processing specifications and quality-control systems. The V-series is built around a high-rigidity, pre-tensioned O-type (DB-type) structure whose mounting dimensions are interchangeable with mainstream European brands, so existing designs can be supplied without modification.

V-structure ball guides — VB series

The VB series carries the same high rated load in all four directions and reaches speeds up to 5 m/s and accelerations up to 500 m/s². Flanged and narrow carriages are available in standard and extended lengths as well as elevated versions — series V151, V153, V121, V122, V123 and V124 in sizes 15 to 65.

V-structure roller guides — VR series

For maximum rigidity and load capacity the VR series uses cylindrical rollers instead of balls, with speeds up to 4 m/s and accelerations up to 150 m/s². Flanged, narrow, extended and elevated carriages are offered as series V051, V053, V021, V022, V023 and V024 in sizes 25 to 65.

T-structure ball guides — TV series

The T-shaped TV series uses an X-type (DF-type) structure for compact, cost-effective guidance up to 2 m/s and 40 m/s². It comprises the flanged, smooth-hole, narrow and elevated series T350, T351, T353, T354, T321, T322, T323 and T324 in sizes 20 to 45.

Typical applications

Machine tools, industrial robots, automation and general mechanical engineering

VOL-Stahl supplies high-precision linear guide systems from its production partner VELTORK: profiled guide rails and matching ball or roller runner blocks for machine tools, industrial robots, automation and general mechanical engineering. The V-structure VB (ball) and VR (roller) series cover sizes 15 to 65 with flanged, narrow, extended and elevated carriages, while the T-structure TV series adds a compact X-type range in sizes 20 to 45. Every series is available in five accuracy classes (N, H, P, SP, UP) and four preload grades (C0–C3), and the V-series mounting dimensions are interchangeable with mainstream European guides for drop-in replacement. Engineering, branding and quality standards are set at VELTORK's German headquarters; series production runs at the Jiangmen manufacturing base in China to unified group specifications.
